Founded in Bordertown, South Australia in 1982, Mackenzie Intermodal provides general freight services to Melbourne and Adelaide.
Mackenzie Intermodal maintains depots at Outer Harbor in Adelaide, Murray Bridge, Naracoorte and Hynam in the South East of South Australia. In addition a Melbourne depot is also in operation.
The extensive Mackenzie Intermodal Outer Harbor container park provides direct access to rail and shipping facilities to enable Mackenzie Intermodal to provide import / export transport solutions.
Interstate Transport
Mackenzie Intermodal operates nine prime movers between Adelaide, South East and Melbourne, including B-doubles operating daily Adelaide to Melbourne and return to service container traffic.
Mackenzie Intermodal also operates a daily shuttle service for general freight ex Adelaide and Melbourne with relay through Bordertown. This services both domestic and international loose cargo (LCL) freight.
Sydney is serviced as required by existing Clients.
South Australia
Mackenzie Intermodal is currently operating a fleet of 12 company prime movers, including 4 sideloaders.
Capabilities include general and container freight deliveries, pick ups and empty container repositioning.
